Thank You for Supporting the 2011 Huntsville Classic!
The fully-equipped MMU will provide access to general healthcare, education for preventable and manageable diseases, check-ups, and referrals to local resources and specialists. The unit will be deployed, and can respond statewide, as a mobile disaster unit in times of man-made or natural disasters like the tornadoes of April 27. A BIG thank you to the attendees, volunteers and generous sponsors of the 23rd annual Huntsville Classic! More than 5,300 people came together to help us to provide Huntsville Hospital with a mobile medical unit for outreach and disaster response...plus financial support for tornado victims. The Beach Boys and John Stamos are very talented and caring people! They not only put on an incredible performance Friday night, but took the time during their short visit to support tornado victims too. Overall, the weekend was a huge success thanks to its supporters. We hope you had a wonderful time and know how much we appreciate you!

The 23rd annual Huntsville Classic raised $290,000, allowing Huntsville Hospital Foundation to officially purchase a mobile medical unit (MMU) for Huntsville Hospital and more importantly, the community.
